Everything was well-maintained, this hotel had well-designed rooms and its breakfast was satisfactory! The venue provided great prices. I liked the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Location: the hotel was right by the cathedral in two and half minutes, cafeteria and the established stores. After long day I visited Petiscos do Cardeal for a couple of drinks.

I felt very relaxed, thanks for perfect experience!
King room with balcony overlooking rug de vilar was the best. Essentials that you need, such as coffee, a storage space, and a safe box, were there. The public parking was nearby, EXCEPTIONAL service.

Quite disturbing noise issues from floors above!!! Soundproofing could use an upgrade!!! Room layout with awkward designs limits comfort, and water pressure inconsistencies in the bathroom are not ideal!!!

For a visit to Santiago and wanting to explore the old city the position of this hotel is excellent, the reception staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable and nicely presented.
The disappointment was the main restaurant which lacked atmosphere and the service was mixed. We stayed in a number of hotels touring around Galicia and the breakfast at this hotel was very limited and not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel

Would be happy to recommend for a short break
Cozy room, helpful staff, with a 24-hour reception, and a great location just steps from the cathedral, making it an ideal base for exploring the beautiful old part of the city.

Staff is extremely courteous and go out of their way to help you.
No hair dryer in the room which has to be borrowed from reception every time you need it. Also, there are no instructions in the hotel room as to how one operates the tv, or on how to access the wifi.

Wonderful, friendly staff. Great location
Only complaint that tapas bar was closed both days (sunday; Monday) that I was there.

Location.
The main man at the front desk was very rude and condescending towards me and it was highly insulting when he instantaneously changed his tone and demeanour towards a Spanish couple that arrived after I´d checked in. Felt very discriminated against and will not recommend this place to any friends or family. Additionally, at night I noticed there were these small beige coloured bugs on my pillow and if I were able to speak Spanish fluently, I would´ve complained considering it was more than 200 CDN dollars for a two-night stay. A complete rip-off and horrible treatment of a foreign pilgrim finishing their camino.

Booked a room with balcony overlooking rug de vilar. The location was perfect - just 5 minutes' walk from Praza de Galicia Playground...
